WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We check each package that we sent for quality, making sure that our fresh coffee reaches you as how we pack it. However, we do not have control over the shipping handling. If in any case your coffee package has been damaged due to mishandling during shipping and affects the quality and safety of coffee - please message us and we will arrange a replacement for it.
HOW TO ORDER?
Kindly message us the product you want to order. Once we confirmed and agreed on the delivery fees, we will book your order to be delivered to your chosen destination.
Delivery fees varies by destination.
You can receive your orders in a few minutes.
However, for provincial orders, it might take 2-3 days depending on the distance and shipper schedule.
We'll make sure that you will be well informed of the progress of your orders.

A coffee blend is a coffee that is made up of coffee beans originating from more than one place. “Place” here does not mean just different countries. This can mean a very micro-level division of place such as varying altitudes on the same producing farm, or it can mean different regions of the same country or different small areas within the same producing region. From here, as you can guess, coffee blends come in many shapes and forms.
